It's been so long ago, I can't remember the first time I was there, but I've never had an issue with any of the work performed. The work has always been top notch. Everyone in the front office is friendly and helpful. Kevin, the damage estimator, is friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. I always feel like I'm in good hands there . more

Always a pleasant experience 9/15/2011

Taking our vehicles to Purnell Body shop has been a positive and satisfactory experience each and every time. As a family who wrecks quite frequently, we have had dozens of repairs done over the past 15 years. Anything from simple glass replacement, to extensive body and paint work, they consistently exceed our expectations. Everyone has heard a body shop horror story, I bet it was some "other" local shop. I am confident when I recommend Purnell Body Shop to friends and family that they will be in good hands. more

From Kevin doing the initial estimate through picking up my finished vehicle, service was excellent. I have used Purnell over the years and am always very satisfied with the service and the quality of the repair. I just do not use any other body shop! more

Why go elsewhere? 6/9/2011

Purnells did a beautiful job on my vehicle. It had gotten keyed in a parking lot down the drivers side and it was dropped off Monday and picked up on Thursday. Great quality, communication and turnaround time. Don't bother playing the guessing game with someone who you haven't heard about to work on your car, Go to Purnells and tell them John Miller Jr sent you! more

Exceptional Service!! 5/26/2011

If there were ten stars, then this would be the rating. Outstanding service!! The staff is very polite and courteous and extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! Brought my car in for replacement of rear tail light and it was done in less than 15 minutes...unbelievable!!! Coming from NJ, this type of service is very much appreciated because you certainly do not get it in NJ. Purnell will be my only place to go for any work that needs to be done on all four of our cars!!!! Thank you so very much. I can see you take a lot of pride in what you do and deserve all the praise you get!! :-))) more

A very pleasant experience 4/2/2011

Although I am sorry I had an accident,working with Purnell Body was a pleasant experience. The staff was thorough, professional, and considerate. They answered my questions and it was apparent that they are knowledgeable. I hope I don't have to go back but will recommend them to anyone who may need a body shop. I liked being able to see pictures and know what stage the repair was in. more

Great Customer Care 3/31/2011

Their handling of my claim was great. There was constant communication between the body shop, the insurance adjuster, and myself. I had no problems with my rental or with my repairs. My car was repaired in about a week, which was very convenient as I am a full-time college student. Will recommend to everyone! more

My brother recommended Purnell, he works for a certified dealership and I was extremely happy with the appt, the estimate, the work, the time that Purnell's had my car, minimal time and they did an awesome job repairing and painting. I would most definately use Purnell again if the need arises. more

Quality body shop. 1/18/2011

A tree fell on my 2003 Chevrolet pickup, and Purnell Body Shop fixed everything. This was my first time using them, and my pickup looks like new. They are a quality body shop. The people are friendly, and they are easy to deal with. more

I would recommend purnell's to anyone who needs body work done. They had my entire liftgate replaced and painted, back to looking brand new in less than 48hrs. It looks great. more

Prompt, courteous, excellent work. 10/25/2010

Door to the car needed deep scratch repair. We dropped car off the night prior to vacation, were notified car was finished prior to returning. I was given both written and verbal instructions on how to care for the repair. They provided professional, courteous and expedient service. Great work was performed and service was excellent. more
