Wish I could give no stars. The place is grim and gross. Animals just being used to make money and treated as items and not living things.Cages are WAY to small for their resident animals and animals for sale. A chinchilla in a 10 gallon tank? Really? Breeding animals when shelters reovercrowded with kittens, puppies, rabbits, and small animals. Red eared sliders get surrendered everyday because people by them and can't care for them as they get too big and live forever! I am shocked that people rave about this place and think the animals are well taken care of. I clean kennels and cages everyday....I know what clean is! This place is a scum hole and the owners are rude, worthless, RI trash. STOP BREEDING ANIMALS and care for who you have.....DON'T ever board you animal here either! This place is the reason shelter will always have to stay in buisness. I can't stop thinking about how awful this store is and how unprofessional and rude the owners are. more

best place fer reptiles n other pets 12/11/2009

I would recomend them for your next pet,especially FOR REPTILES.The people there are so nice friendly n helpfull unlike other pet stores that i been into up here.None of the animals are mal nurished nor keep in a home to small for them.There home n habitats are keep very cleaned as well.The most over growen babby ever.my 7'6"" albino burm i bought from there.he is very healthy n dosile as well.i bought my babby redtails from there as well. they are no longer babies any more.then there is my other faviorte pet i have as well.he is 5'6"" very dosile as the albino brum as well.he is an extreme burm.they never bite the childern that hold them as well n never bite me eigther.they are so laid back n sweet. Pros: the best place fer any pet Cons: i found n have no cons about this Pet Store more

Questionable History of Treating Animals - BOYCOT 12/7/2009

This place should be boycotted by those who are truly interested in humane treatment of animals. The captive ""zoo"" animals in small enclosures are enough to make us run to our congressmen. Their mentality on many issues (such as puppy breeding) is very outdated and opposed to modern thinking about humane animal treatment. The place should be boycotted. Support your local animal shelter instead and really help a dog! more
