Fall from Grace 6/11/2011

I've been going to Pure Natur Salon for 5 years now and my once love of this relaxing place is rapidly dwindling. Although the salon products themselves are wonderful, it is the staff that have tainted the "Aveda" name. Twice now I have been delayed more than an hour by faulty scheduling. I was treated like an inconvenience and was given ice cold tea (when I asked for hot). I was told that I should just go shopping to pass the time because my appointment that I scheduled a month in advance was to be pushed back 45 minutes. I'm not sure what needs to change (either a better way to schedule or better staff), but it needs to happen asap if I'm ever going back again. more

Sara is fabulous!!! The best Hairstylist in the World!! Everyone is very nice as soon as you walk in the door! They all take good care of me and make me feel right at home! I like that!! more

i had a great experience and everyone was so nice and friendly .... i love my haircut and my eye brows.... but i cant believe it cost 46 dollars for a haircut that was insane price .... once again thank u for making me feel awesome with my first time there more

Brittani Rocks! 5/16/2011

Brittani cut my curly/frizzy hair AFTER it had dried naturally to work with it "as is" rather than try to force it do something I can't replicate at home. The result is a stylish, modern shape that is so easy to do myself. Where has she been all my life? Her suggestions and instincts are worth 5 stars alone! Thank you, Brittani. more

This was my first experience at aveda. I booked an appointment with Michelle after a referral from a friend and I was not disappointed!! Michelle was great and made me feel completely comfortable when I decided to chop off my long hair. She was super informative and seemed to really enjoy her job. I booked a second appointment before I left and would recommend this salon to anyone who asked! more

Great Service 4/25/2011

The service here is typically great. They don't rush you through your treatment and are very courteous. I love going to this salon; however, they no longer provide a military discount to spouses. This was a pretty big disappointment since they used to offer it. I guess I'll just have to send my Marine in to purchase my beauty supplies! more
