I've been going to Pure Natur Salon for 5 years now and my once love of this relaxing place is rapidly dwindling. Although the salon products themselves are wonderful, it is the staff that have tainted the "Aveda" name. Twice now I have been delayed more than an hour by faulty scheduling. I was treated like an inconvenience and was given ice cold tea (when I asked for hot). I was told that I should just go shopping to pass the time because my appointment that I scheduled a month in advance was to be pushed back 45 minutes. I'm not sure what needs to change (either a better way to schedule or better staff), but it needs to happen asap if I'm ever going back again.
