Daniel Cooper makes great truffles and other confections made of chocolates. He does white chocolate, dark, ganache, enrobed... the point is that there are a whole lot of things to taste.
He is located in the Short North, where there are a lot of other things to attract your attention as well. Try the Key Lime Truffles, or the Creme Brulee.
If you love chocolate or are a bit of a daredevil, try the Twist My Arm Truffle or the Theobroma. The Theobroma is the truffle that you see being made in the movie Chocolat. It contains dark chocolate ganache with nutmeg, clove, & the piece de resistance... Cayenne Pepper.
