Customer service? I applied for emergency food stamps last Wednesday, this is Thursday of the following week and they still aren't on my card. I don't ask for them when I don't need them, but right now (I am going to school) I really need them. As far as I am concerned the social worker there is criminally negligent. I received a grant based on my grades that is already gone, some text books are 150.00 or more. She almost insinuated I should sell them. These people seem to think if your of a certain race you couldn't possibly be affected by the economic crunch hurting everyone. more

I WAS DENIED ALL BENEFITS BECAUSE I WORK HARD EVERYDAY, AND WAS TALKED DOWN TO WHEN I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION.
