Th e service was terrible. They make you pay before an image can be uploaded. I called to make sure I would be able upload one they told me the file was fine then it would not go....

We just received our order and I can't tell you how impressed I am with the quality of our cards. They came out even better than we planned!! From the online templates (so helpful) to their amazing customer service department, not only did we end up with exactly what we hoped for...but I actually learned a lot in the process. As an amateur, I feel empowered now to move forward with even more design projects. This is my second year in a row using PsPrint and can say without hesitation that I will be returning again for all of our future projects. Just wonderful!!! I highly recommend PsPrint! more

My experience with PsPrint is that they are professional, fast, and consistently the least expensive printer, especially if you're in the Bay Area and can pick up the order yourself. I've printed brochures, business cards, and flyers with them and been totally satisfied every time. I highly recommend PsPrint. more

As someone not experienced in print I have found PS Print to be most helpful. They have answered numerous questions. I appreciate the fact that I can speak to a live person within 2 minutes of every phone call. Emails with the graphic design folks were always returned within the hour. I will definately be brining my next print jobs to PS Print more

Th e service was terrible. They make you pay before an image can be uploaded. I called to make sure I would be able upload one they told me the file was fine then it would not go. I emailed tech support and they wanted to charge me $35 to change the file type or $90 to redo the image. Then when I finally got some one to do it on my end the mapping program did not work we had to over size the image form the specs on the page. This will be my first and last purchase here! more

RIP-OFF graphics charges 8/19/2010

Good: Price & turn around time and ease of ordering (I THOUGHT). Bad: A $75 estimated charge from your graphics department to add 3 short lines of text to the back of my Note Card. My entire order of 50 cards costs $65 - your grraphics dept. wants $75 to add a title and my name to the back of the card. Improvements: More realistic graphics charges AND a user-friendly online tool to EASILY set up lay-outs without having to go out and buy PHOTOSHOP and take a 3 week course at UCLA grad school in computer design. Please remember that MOST of the public does not have your proficiency with setting up lay-outs.. Other: This is your opportunity ot prove if you are a typical company or a GREAT company. I am NOT a photoshop owner or a graphics techie - How about PS print setting up a service dept for customers like me who don't know HOW to download a template into photoshop (mainly because we DON'T have Photoshop on our computers). If I had had an enjoyable experience I would have sent you lots of orders for larger quantities since my firm does a lot of direct mail and promotional advirtising. What can we do here folks??. more

International Issues 7/1/2010

Good: The user friendly website was easy to navigate and upload an order. I was also impressed with the special sale offer - that is what drew me to the service.. Bad: That there is a separate shipping charge for each item instead of one final amount based on actual cost. I ordered 2000 postcards - shipping is $31.80; broker $18.35. Because they were 7 different designs, it is $170 shipping & $75.40 broker for the same exact number & weight. Especially unhappy that if I was a US customer, shipping charges could be combined, but being from Canada they say there's nothing can be done.. Improvements: Allowing item needs ordered at the same time to be taken as one single order, put together and sent as such instead of breaking it down by image and charging excessive shipping.. Other: It would seem that this day and age, with global marketing, that there would be a better system for servicing international orders. It is really no more difficult to ship across the border - I am a manufacturer and do it all the time - both receiving and sending. This is an extremely strange & inefficient service and certainly not designed to welcome international business.. more

Good quality but terrible shipping costs 6/4/2010

Have almost always been pleased with quality of work but the shipping charges are out of control. Costs me usually twice as much as through other printers to ship the products. Company does not offer to let me directly bill shipping charges to my wholesale UPS account, and will not ship USPS. Shipping to tooooo expensive. more
