I was referred to this business by a co-worker for my 1994 Honda Accord which the front in was backed into. Damage included hood, grille, headlight and side-marker assemblies and of course the bumper was in question. They were all very nice and had a clean looking business so I had absolute trust in them. The only thing that sent up a red flag was the fact that the associate looked surprised when I asked him if he checked for freon leaks, which would seem like a feasible precaution with front end damage. After all, they DID feel it necessary to check for a leaking radiator. After many delays (approx. 2 weeks), I received my car back with a replaced hood, partially repainted side fender, a new grille and one new headlight. The bra I originally had which got torn up in the collision was placed back on my vehicle, covering up the untouched bumper. The icing on the cake was the poorly painted windshield washer nozzles which were stuck in without the rubber grommet that seals it against the hood. I noticed them because they were just sitting cock-eyed in the hood with about a half a centimeter gap underneath one side. I went back inside and made them order the grommet piece, which they did without argument. I obviously wasn't ecstatic about the job done but knowing that the car is already 14 years old I didn't feel like pressing the issue. The only problem now is that within a few months after the paint job, small dots of rust are now showing through the hood with spider cracks forming off of them. I took very good care of my car and now have a brand new hood which is the worst aspect of my vehicle. For the $2800 that was spent on this vehicle by the insurance compnanies, I would think I could have expected better. If you have the option, go somewhere else.
Pros: Clean business front, clear itemized billing, used OEM parts
Cons: Repair work is terrible, very sloppy results
