These little studios are the perfect starter apartment. It is about 450 sq feet so it so small but the high ceilings and layout make it seem bigger. It has a seperate bedroom area with a half wall. The kitchen is small but the refrigrator is a good size. The bathroom is a decent size for a studio. In the front there are huge windows that let in plenty of light. There is also a huge patio that has too much room.
Pros: inexpensive, on bus line, near many businesses and a major road, cute and comfortable, safe, patio, nice big front windows
Cons: potholes in parking lot, needs a paint job, too many men live here, no storage, needs new heater/ac
