This was an extremely difficult loan. First-time buyer with little cash utilizing grant assistance that John had to coordinate to move things forward. Innumerable hours, but John made it happen! more

I made a $6000 seller concession error and John solved this problem for me and saved the deal. John also helped my client fix a credit mistake. Without John, this deal would not have closed. He's really that good. more
