This apartment complex in Ballwin off of Manchester and Weidman is a bit secluded among plenty of trees. The buildings are somewhat old and not the best maintained. Laundry rooms look pretty bad. However, rent is okay and the location is great. Being just off of Manchester, you avoid a lot of the noise and traffic. You experience here will depend much on your neighbors as management doesn't seem to screen tenants that well here. Watch out for rent increases after first year.
