I took the family to Prosecco cafe today. We enjoyed sitting at the bar. It was a great distraction while they waited for there food. The kids ordered a hot dog and a kids chicken salad. The hot dog was severed on a baguette and it was awesome. My wife had the Ahi Tuna Salad. She said it was good but would have liked a bit more seasoning on the tuna. Mine was definately the best. It was the Chicken Caprese sandwich. JUST GET IT. Kids finished with chocolate chip cookies. more

Work in area and have been there twice. price is very reasonable and food is excellent. only draw back is that management isnt to friendly. both times i was there had to listen to some guy, who says he was manager, mouthing off endlessly. seems to be some megalomaniac involved in some weird power trip with the hired help, and he has no problem using colorful words in front of guests. other than that help was friendly and food very good. more

Closest to Rome from HOME! Awesome Food, Great Service! 1/18/2012

I stumbled upon this gem while driving through the PGA Commons to go to Panara for breakfast, I saw it then kept driving to my destination. However when I arrived at Panara the line was long and I didnt have time to wait so I decided to turn around and give Prosecco Cafe a try. Immediately after walking in I saq the baker preparing fresh bread and pastries! I was greeted by the cashier, I ordered a cappuccino and a scone, since it wasnt busy i decided to sit down. Yes, here I would have time to sit instead of waiting in the long line at Panera. The cappuccino was just like the ones I had from Rome, Italy! Frothy, and devine with a beautiful design on top! more

The food was reasonably priced, but not overly impressive. I like simple, hearty food, and the flavor combinations here didn't really suit my tastes. There are better options for upscale cafes in this area. more

I went to Prosecco about two months ago after meeting the bartender at the Green Market in PBG. The food was so good that I ate there 4 times in 1 week! We love it there and are now regulars. The French Baguette with the brie and tomatoes is to die for. The only bummer is when they run out of peach mix for bellinis but they always have a substitute. Their chocolate chip cookies are awesome as well. more

I loooooooove the decor here and while the food is amazing too, I really feel like the surroundings make the experience even more enjoyable. I've been here about 5 times now and have to say each time makes me want to go back more. I have referred friends there too and they also love it. They have a gelato cookie sandwich that is OUT OF THIS WORLD! And the salads are so light & refreshing. Such a great and healthy alternative to the big chains around. I hope they stick around because I would really miss this place! more

Ordered the soup and salad. The soup was just ok, suppose to be black bean with steak, it was a salty beef broth, with added canned black beans, and a few unnoticable other items, along with tiny pieces of steak. The salad was awful. I ordered the greek dressing, and whoever put it on the salad didn't shake the bottle so it was a salad covered in unflavored oil. The baby greens were straight out of the plastic container from Costco. And along with the waiter with his attitude, that was the first and last visit. \r \r P.S. The bread was good. more

worst ever!! it was great the 1st 4 times but had Caprise salad and it was awful with very unripe tomatoes. Friend had the same thing on toasted bread and again unripe tomatoes. when we asked to speak to manager he never came out. just took it off the bill with NO apologies. He obviously not the owner!! We just wanted to show him how bad the tomatoes looked. Poor service!! more
