Christina Jones has been exceptionally helpful with our rental search. Her pleasant personality and timely communication was instrumental in our decision to work with the agency. Always very pleasant and polite while answeing our many questions and concerns. She delivered everything she said she would. The company is very lucky to have a great person like her on the team.  We felt like we were her only clients with the attention she put into assisting us with our needs and deadlines. I have had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Christina Jones. Mrs Jones has worked effortlessly In trying to find us a rental home. She is pleasant, friendly, respectful, courteous and very professional. She gives print-outs of rental properties, texts, calls and is very timely and quick in responding to all our questions and showings at rental sites. I see in her, the devotion for her job and the love for her fellow man. I recently worked with the office in renting before my husband and I decided to buy. While we have worked with many management companies before and with myself working in apartment management, I have to say that the office team, specifically the young lady Valerie, was amazing! I loved that Valerie was so down to earth, so nice, and took time to really answer all our questions. She was fast and efficient when we gave her different addresses we were considering and helped us along the way. I felt like she was a friend I had known for years, yet she was very professional. We have a close friend who may be putting her house up for rent and even though we ended up buying, because of how Valerie treated us, we recommended your company to our friends. Thank you Valerie and Greg Garrett! more

She is quick to respond to emails and texts providing excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable and willing to offer assistance in any way possible. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is because of Ms. Christina. I was very frustrated trying to get updates on my application until she started working with me. Seems like no one ever answers the phone at the office, but Ms. Christina always get back with me. Unfortunately, I was not approved but she told me exactly what I need to do. To me that is going above and beyond and it says a lot about the heart of a person. She listens and actually hears what I'm saying. It is such a blessing to have someone like her who genuinely cares. I look forward to taking the steps given so that I can hopefully rent from your company in the near future. more

I have been working with Greg Garrett Property Management for over 10 years now. Everything about Butch and his staff has been very positive, very professional, willing to help in any way possible. Butch and his staff has even given me there personal cell phone numbers to call them any time or day if there has ever been a problem and as went out of there way to even meet me at my properties on weekends-there personal time..in helping with any issues. I have no worries with any of my properties in their hands. more

Our experience with this company has been phenomenal. Valerie Porter was extremely helpful. She got us in pretty quickly and she has a great personality. She is a great asset to the company. She showed us one house and also showed us another one that also fit our criteria to a T. She was very fast, friendly, and amazing to work with. Greg Garrett is by far the best rental company. We received great customer service, she answered all of our questions that we had. Love dealing with this company. Would highly recommend to anyone. more

Greg Garrett and their rental team is one of the best property management units the peninsula has to offer. Being a military family we have had to constantly deal with different companies and their teams. Valerie Porter was amazing throughout our process and has constantly assured us that things would be taken care of in a timely manner. Whenever we have had a problem my wife and I can always count on Valerie to get it taken care of! more

We contacted GGPM regarding rental property we owned. The home was not in rentable condition and required quite a bit of work. We are in California and had never lived in Virginia. Butch Mehrens referred us to contractors who quickly got the house into shape. Due to unforseen circumstances, we weren't able to rent the home for a few months after Butch started helping us. He asked for no payment and continued to help us whenever necessary. Happily the house is ready and we have two applicants who would like to move in. We simply could not have managed without Butch, Arekea, and Valerie's help. Most sincerely, Gary and Donna more
