We contacted GGPM regarding rental property we owned. The home was not in rentable condition and required quite a bit of work. We are in California and had never lived in Virginia. Butch Mehrens referred us to contractors who quickly got the house into shape. Due to unforseen circumstances, we weren't able to rent the home for a few months after Butch started helping us. He asked for no payment and continued to help us whenever necessary. Happily the house is ready and we have two applicants who would like to move in.
