I Enjoy Renting 11/6/2011

I enjoy renting from PME..The office staff is very courteous and you are welcomed with a smile when you enter their office. The services I request are done within reasonable time and that says a whole lot. I have recommended them to my friends also who are looking for a place. more

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because Im a believer that there is always room for improvement. My husband and I came across this company while searching for property management companies in the central valley. We dealt with 3 other companies before finding this company while doing an online search. The other companies were very rude and unprofessional and seemed like my asking questions about Management Fee's was a burden. When we contacted Property Management Experts I was very taken back by their friendly attitude and willingness to help. We are excited to start buying homes in the Central Valley now that we found a great property management company to help us! A sincere THANK YOU to Property Management Experts! more

I also apologize that it has taken this long to get back to you and we wish that we would have been able to find you sooner.\r I can assure you that if given the opportuninty our company would have made things right . We have a number of outlets in which you may contact us at including on our webpage .\r We can also assure you that we make every effort to collect rent from our tenants and if this does not happen on time we take the neccesary steps until it is collected including 3 day notices as well as late fee's.\r We also have direct deposit for our Home owners as well. \r Again we apologize that this response is long over due but we hope that we can learn and make positive steps in the future.\r Regards,\r Property Management Experts more

IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY OWNER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 11/3/2008

\r They do not return phone calls, deal with the renters, make repairs in a timely manner. They do not contact you at all. They have not collect the rent increase on my rental property in 6 months. Despite my repeated phone calls to collect the rent. Now they have not collected the rent for the previous month. I have had to deal with complaints from the neighbors etc. Cons: They are not anything they say they are. more
