I was referred by Jiffy Lube and was not disappointed. These guys are trust worthy and tell you up front if they anticipate any potential issues that could cost you additional money. Luckily, I was in and out with no problems and only a $50 bill. I will return and have future work done with Pronto. more

Only Place I Trust 4/11/2012

It's always hard to find a dependable, honest mechanic that won't rip you off. I've used these guys at least two dozen times over the past several years for family and business vehicles. They do a great job and will explain to you what the problems and options are. They won't do repairs that don't need to be done just to get a few extra bucks. more

Have taken my cars there now for over a year.....always have great work done and I know I can trust these guys! An honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold!!! they always work with us....never start any work until they talk to me about prices and/or options and I am looking to buy my son a car for school....and these guys will run a 'Used Car Service' to tell you what you can expect from a car with high mileage! huge mistake 3/10/2010

told me they could fix an electrical problem. one day and $80 later,nothing.told me they needed more time and money.took it to another shop the next day. they fixed it in 1 hour for $30. more

Poor Carb Overhaul 9/4/2008

I blame the mechanic more than the shop. The rig sat at my son's long enough that when I figured out it was a poor carberatour overhaul it was way too late. I was also too far away to take it back reasonably. The carb had to be redone while I waited on it first time; I think the owner should have taken this over and made sure the work was right. more

a great shop, great pricing, and they will not try to sell you wipers and a air filter that you do not need. did a synthetic oil change for about 15 bucks less than the jiffy boys. these guys are car guys \r i will be back more

Honest mechanics 11/29/2005

I have taken my cars to Pronto since I moved to Boise. The owner is honest and fair. The prices are reasonable and most importantly I trust him. I know he is not going to rip me off. All of the repairs done here and have been great. This is a great shop. more
