This business has NO INTEGRITY. I STRONGLY advise against using this company. My sister (single mother of 2) had to have her home inspected for water leaks. She is barely getting by and was recommended to use this company for the ""FREE"" inspection. Well, they found the water expansion tank to be bad (supposedly) and so it wound up costing $232. By the way, the plumber was only there for about 45 minutes total. His travel time to Lowes of nearly an hour was included in the labor charge and he charged $60 for the tank which later I saw sold for $40 at the same Lowes store. I am very disappointed in this company for taking advantage of someone like my sister. more

I would definitely recommend P.S.I. Plumbing. This was the first time we had used them. Our hot water heater blew and was burning. I called them in the morning and they were there within a couple of hours. They had it lined up and replaced that day. They were very prompt, efficient, and provided good information. I had worked with three different plumbing companies and had issues with them all. P.S.I. was highly rated on the internet and did a good job. more

I recommend P.S.I. Plumbing to everybody. George himself does all the scheduling, and he has been very accommodating when situations come up and we have to reschedule a particular job. He is always willing to work with me on it. I think they jump through hoops to keep their customers happy. George is a very nice person. He is a very easy going man to work with, and he never gets upset or aggravated because he knows that changing schedules or something coming up on the job that is anticipated is the nature of the beast. He is an easy going person to work with, and he doesn't get all bent out of shape if things change.
