I have been going here for 8 years for haircuts and color. The past several times I have been very disappointed with cut and color. The stylist Stephanie does not listen, and cuts the same cut each time. As for color I have had to go back and get it fixed, which I have never had to do. Thought it was a fluke so I just went again for color can still see root line... Not good for $130 bucks. The staff seems to become even more unprofessional when Alfredo the owner is not around, discussions are downright raunchy.. Pros: Lovely atmosphere,free parking Cons: Overpriced for unskilled staff more

Best pedicure in the area! 10/12/2008

I visited Profilos about a week or two ago for a pedicure and it was the best experience I have had anywhere yet! I walked in the salon feeling miserable I was having a horrible day but that all changed. The receptionist was very nice and even offered to make me a cappuccino which was delicious! My pedicurist was fabulous and gave a great massage! I would absolutely recommend this spa to my friends and family! more

Always happy with my hair 5/27/2008

I have seen Lisa multiple times for my hair and everytime I want something new done, it always comes out better than what I would expect. She is very creative and caring. I have reccomended her to many friends who have been satisfied as well. Pros: yummy cappaccino! Cons: Need to schedule in advance more

Excellent eye brow shaping 5/22/2008

I was in with Danielle for an eye brow wax last week and it was wonderful! She was very helpful when I asked her opinion about shaping them a little differently. They looked great! I would absolutely reccomend her to everyone I know! Pros: No wait time more

I love visiting Profilos! The front desk girls are extremely helpful when I have to rearrange my appointments which is often. The spa is beautiful and I enjoy my facials there very much Pros: Very clean, great customer service, and convenient location Cons: Appopintments book up very fast more

Stay away from Rose! 10/25/2007

Went in there last week for an eyebrow wax. I thought she was going to ripped all of my face off. I had tears coming down my cheeks from the pain.The next day I had red marks on my face that lasted one week. If you are going to make an appt there stay clear of Rose. more

I enjoyed my visit 7/8/2007

I visited Profilo Day Spa about a week ago and had a very enjoyable experience. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They were truly caring about what i wanted during my visit. My only complaint would be there availability with appointments, they seem to book up fast! Pros: not very much wait time, very friendly Cons: they seem to get booked up very fast more

Profilo day spa 6/7/2007

I went in the other day to get my hair done, the receptionist was aweful! Her name is Heather, she was not pleasant and kept giving me these dirty looks while I was waiting, The experience was not pleasant to say the least. I will never go back there! more

My fave local spa 8/30/2006

Heather did a great job with my brows. I felt gorgeous leaving. Andrea always does a lovely job with my hair (and my new highlights). She is caring and kind and very solicitous of what you are looking for. I feel like charlies angels with my current haircut (updated, of course) more

Reasonable prices for the feeling of beauty 6/4/2006

I have my highlight and haircut services here. Lisa and Andrea are wonderful. It is always a pleasure to see them. They always take the time consult with me before my service and always make sure I leave beautiful and happy. Heather and Ela are always very accomidating when scheduling my return visit. Even before the beautiful Tuscan renovation, it is a little bit of Italy in Westborough. Pros: Price, Parking , Enviornment more

Didn't feel pampered 1/29/2006

My husband got me a gift certificate and I was really looking forward to a pampering pedicure. The quality of the pedicure was good but I wasn't greeted, I was ushered into a very nice little room for the pedicure but when she was done she just said, "okay, you're all set". I was told I could sit out in the lobby to dry and awkwardly carried my own shoes and had to sit out in the waiting/reception area with my foam sandals. What? For the price, I would've expected a little more pampering...maybe a cup of tea or at least a place to relax while my nails dried. more

I was disappointed with my haircut! 3/25/2004

This place was recomended and so I went for my haircut. The hair stylist hardly cut my hair I asked her to give me bangs and they were so sparse that I cut them at home later. She just blow dried my hair and sent me off and charged 45$!!! Pros: Less wait time more
