Quick and easy! 1/17/2014

Professional Glass - Seattle Auto Glass Repair Experts replaced one of my windows that was broken. They did it the same day I called. They put the window in later that afternoon, and it only took them an hour and a half or so. It was a pretty simple experience, and the window turned out great! They were recommended to me by my girlfriend, who said they made the experience easy, which is the exact experience I had. If you want a simple, hassle-free experience that is quick, easy and friendly, you should go with them! more

Very good, very professional, great to deal with a locally-owned business 12/5/2013

Everything with Professional Glass was done very well and right on time. They fixed my front windshield and the passenger side window that wouldn't roll up. They replaced the motor and the duraframe. All the parts came within a couple of days and took care of it all in the morning. It was great. more

Good job with window but should do better job with final touches 10/31/2013

Professional Glass did a good job with my window, but I had to have them do the framework a couple of times for me. The first time, they broke off a piece of the bottom. The second time, they didn't put all the screws back. My insurance took care of everything for the most part, so it was alright in the end. Communication was fine throughout, and their location was near where I live. That's why I went to them in the first place. Overall, they did a good job putting the window together, but I wish they did better work completing the job. more

They take care of customers!!. 10/10/2013

We purchased a recently painted VW Camper only to discover that the painters had not correctly reinstalled one of the side window glass. Because we knew their standard of professional work I took the van to them for a correction job on the window. Immediate service is the term that comes to mind. When they saw the glass half-out and half-in, they set to work fixing it. The job done......they said no charge. I will call Professional glass for any window glass work, both in house and car....for ever. more

A quick and fabulous job 9/17/2013

This was my first time working with Professional Glass - Seattle Auto Glass Repair Experts. I made an appointment, and they came out to my house as scheduled. They were very professional. They did a quick and fabulous job with my wind screen. I was very pleased with their billing process, too. They are definitely skilled at they do, and they're just really nice people to work with. I really like these guys. more

They made my life easier. 8/16/2013

I had a rock chip in my windshield and was referred by my dealership to Professional Glass. They said Professional Glass was reputable and had good service, so that was a good start. I called them and they gave me an honest estimate and told me my insurance would probably cover the cost. So I contacted my insurance company and they did. They ended up connecting directly with Professional Glass, so I didn't have to go through any hoops to make that happen. Professional Glass told me to come by and that it would be really quick. And it was! I drove up, they looked at my car and told me the situation--why it might not work, but why it probably would. I waited twenty minutes to half an hour and they were done and I drove off. I haven't had any problems since. It was a smooth experience. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I'm happy to recommend them. more

i was on the phone for three full days getting no where when I fell upon pro glass they gave me amazing customer service and an amazing value! They bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me fulfill my needs! To anyone who is looking for anything this company provides go with them you will definitely not be disappointed ! Pebble be INVISIBLE! 3/12/2013

Right in my wives line of sight, a rock snapped our new cars windshield, disappointment. I called in, Debbie said come on in. She was great,took care of the insurance and I did not have to paid a dime. While we were doing that Kevin was fixing the windshield.Total time about a half hour.Professional service, clean shop, nice people, happy customer and wife! Thanks more

Replaced my car window in record time! 1/23/2013

After my car has been prowled, I needed a side window replaced quickly. I called Professional Glass at 8 am and the replacement was installed and the car was vacuumed and ready to go by 11 am. Amazing, super-friendly service! And at a great price (under $200). I strongly recommend them! more

I Was a Picky Customer 8/25/2012

First, I wanted a windshield that had to come from out-of-state. They found one for me. Then I changed my mind and went for a local one. They installed it beautifully. Then I decided I wanted the one from out-of-state anyway. I was afraid to say so, but got up my courage and told myself I'd pay whatever it would cost. They ordered, installed, and only billed me for the difference in cost between the two windshields. Didn't bill me for labor and all the headache I must have caused. Most likely there was some kind of satisfaction guarantee, but I didn't even check. I had heard these guys were great so I went to them and I am ever so grateful because I LOVE my new windshield (it was an optional upgrade for me) and I LOVE that they didn't even hint at chastising my indecision that caused them so much work. They were so nice to me and I really appreciate it to this day. I've never had any problems of any kind with my new windshield and it's been several years now. I'd highly recommend this friendly, well-equipped, customer-service oriented, local company. (Come to remember, they had installed a rear windshield for me some years before. I had put a bumper sticker inside the back window covering a couple of the defrost sensor strips and ruined the ability to defrost my back windshield. They did a great job that time, too!) more

Definitely first class in every aspect! 8/14/2012

I just can't say enough about the quality of work and the friendly professional service. I had a driver's mirror to replace and they not only had advice on where and how to get a good price on one but installed the part once I found it for what I consider a wonderful deal. Kevin is also was a wealth of information on anything he can help you with even if they don't supply it. Above and beyond service in my book! If/when I have a need again I will not hesitate to call them right away. more
