Both times I've brought clothes in to be altered their machines broke, delaying my alterations. (And the machines didn't even break on my clothes!) The first time, they didn't off...

I've been going here for roughly 10 years. I have never been disappointed! My alterations are always done correctly. Once or twice there has been a delay, but they are thoughtful enough to call you and let you know. The hours are nice too. I can drop off before work or pick up after since they are open 7-7. I recommend Professional Alterations & Dry Cleaning to anyone that wants there stuff done right! more

Don't go here if you need your clothes altered on time! 2/2/2011

Both times I've brought clothes in to be altered their machines broke, delaying my alterations. (And the machines didn't even break on my clothes!) The first time, they didn't offer me a discount and I didn't ask for one -- the clothes weren't needed. The second time I missed out on a career fair because my suit wasn't ready. I had to ask for a discount and was told I'd only get a measly 10% (which would have been $3.85) in store credit. I'll never go back. more
