I used Professional Advantage Financial Group to obtain a mortgage when I purchased a house. I was very disappointed in their service. They quoted a great rate and overnighted me a bunch of papers to get everything set up. After I signed, they took a long time approving my mortgage and I got nervous that I was not going to be able to close on my house in time. They claimed that it was because they had a huge volume, but it was very frustrating.
