Procida Tile

Ive been bringing clients here for years with no issues. I only deal with Joe. Ever since new management took over, ive heard nothing but good things. Ignore what everyone else says. If I was having complaints from my clients about this place, I wouldnt come here. There are plenty of other tile stores. Did my whole house here. Got the best prices for the nicest stuff. I wasnt able to return anything because they were running a tent sale, however the saleman told me that ahead of time. I under ordered just in case. Later on I was able to purchase more at the same price! more

Great place to buy tile, I bring all of my clients here. They have the biggest selection of tile that is avaiable the same day for pick up. No 1-2 week wait here. I've never had problems with Procida, and I will continue to do future business with them. Anyone who is unhappy was most likely dealing with a manager that is no longer there. more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered tile and was told by the Deer Park manager that it would be there in 5 business days... two weeks later, no word from them so I called and they told me they expected it ""any day now""... another week went by with no word, I called again ""Oh we'll look into that, you should have it by now""... apparently there was no way to track a delivery truck from Wisconsin to Deer Park, so they could not get me a status... another week went by with no word, I called again and was told it was shipped to the wrong address and then sent back to the warehouse in Wisconsin but that they fixed the problem and I'd have the tile in three or four days... after six days I called again and they still didn't have it nor could they tell me when they would get it... on top of that, they have caller ID and did not pick up my call unless I used a different phone because they did not want to be bothered providing any kind of customer service... DO NOT buy from these arrogant LIARS - they held up my renovation for over a month - I never got the tile so I had to file a claim against them with my credit card company... when I informed them that I filed a claim and that I was not paying for tile I never received, they laughed and said ""The credit card company will pay us anyway"" and then hung up on me! Their attitude was indifferent and obnoxious every time I spoke with them... they are the absolute WORST! STAY AWAY!!! more

They REALLY do ship their tile in from all over the world!! Some of the murals are breathtaking and i even saw a 4 by 4 tile! Can you imagine one of those in your house?? That would be an amazing centerpiece for my den. more

WARNING!!!! never go to any of the Procida tiles. They are all CROOKS. They take your money and never get the merchanidise...Buyer beware...I wish I never went there. more

We just purchase new porcelain tile from Procida. I found the selection to be among the best of any of the stores we looked at. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions and ideas to help us make a decision. Their prices are very competive and the quality of their merchandise was excellent. If you are shopping for tile definitely check this out. more
