I was very pleased with service; Tech was actually early for appointment at my house which is a first in SAnta Fe.

Worst

service, as usual good (tommie) recent billing change - to charge by job - at their increased hourly rate, instead of by time spent doing said job came as a shock. i likely won...

Great company to work with if you want the job done right! 10/6/2015

We have used several companies for both commercial and residential jobs. Now that Pro-Tech is doing the work we have one company that provides the service and expertise we require. After suffering with on-going problems that other companies failed to resolve; Pro-Tech put them in our past. Thank you Matt. more

Best in Santa Fe! 10/5/2015

We have used Pro-Tech in two Santa Fe homes -- one a part-time condo and the other a new home, where our builder used them to install all our HVAC services. Our builder demands the best from her subcontractors, and we have to say that Pro-Tech's owner and staff were the VERY best of all vendors the builder used. This was two years ago and they have continued to provide excellent and prompt follow-up service when needed and to do our semi-annual maintenance. We never have to think about it -- we get a call from Pro-Tech and they set an appointment. It's great. Best HVAC service we've had in ANY house, anywhere. Thank you. more

I strongly recommend Pro-tech. I've had them intall 3 airconditioning/heating systems in various development projects. They are extremely knowledgeable, they came in on budget, arrived when they said they would and on top of all this exemplary service Matt, the owner, has built a great team. Also, I have had them work on a hot water heating system I had purchased prior to knowing them. They are the only company who accomplished getting it to work properly. more

Very good service! 9/16/2015

Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating installed a heater about ten years ago at my mother-in-law's. Then a few years later we had Matt and his crew come by to replace the furnace at both my mother-in-law's house and mine. They came in and serviced everything, I have no complaints! I recommended to my sister when she needed to replace two furnaces. They did a really good job and she was really happy with the work he did. They are also really courteous! more

the work was done when they said it would be and for the price they quoted the installers were clean and respectful of our home and any requests we had as the job was done will use them in the future for both home and rental buildings more

Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating were very professional and knew what they were doing. I hired them to do some reconstruction on my old-fashion furnace; it was quite a lot of work, but I've had no problems at all. They were quick and knowledgeable in their work. more

A Satisfied Customer 4/17/2015

I was very happy with my experience with Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating. They installed a new heating and ventilating system, and completely redid my system without adding coolant. My only complaint is they changed the price and charged me more than what they originally quoted. more
