I was very pleased with service; Tech was actually early for appointment at my house which is a first in SAnta Fe.

Worst

service, as usual good (tommie) recent billing change - to charge by job - at their increased hourly rate, instead of by time spent doing said job came as a shock. i likely won...

The team was very professional, clean and prompt. This was the second time I have used Protech and will continue to call on them. I highly recommend Protech for all your cooling and heating needs. 1/25/2016

On time delivery of a great product 1/15/2016

Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is excellent and I have recommended them. They recently installed a Fujitsu 1500 air conditioning and heating unit driven with an outdoor compressor. Ron, who was leading the effort, was top-notch and professional, as was Efren. I'm a tough cookie and don't give out compliments or high recommendations easily, so this means something. It is common in the construction industry to commit to a job but not show up on time, but Ron and Efren delivered on time. We are pleased with the installation and there was no BS at all in the process--something that's important to me. I costed it out and Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating's prices were comparable to others. more

Great Company and Service 12/14/2015

I just want to thank you for your excellent service. You have taken care of my heating unit for two years and each year I am impressed. Your technicians are always knowledgeable and very pleasant to have in the home. They are also very punctual which seems rather rare these days. Prompt, efficient, & professional 12/6/2015

Matt (the owner) was very responsive to my needs. He sent his estimate quickly (the same day he went to inspect the old furnace), quickly answered my questions by email, was on time, very efficient and professional. His estimate was the most thorough and complete that I've ever received. I could not have been any more pleased with my interactions with him. more

Absolute best commerical HVAC company 12/3/2015

ProTech is the very best there is in Santa Fe for two reasons: 1. They have a crew that knows how to troubleshoot and fix every problem I have ever called them on for commercial units in a reasonable amount of time and cost and I have had many and 2. For those few times we have been unable to revive an ancient HVAC I have found them to be incredibly reasonable and efficient on the replacement. As long as they continue running their business this way they will always have mine. more

Protechach has been the only company to figure 12/3/2015

Protech has been the only company to find out the problem with our water heater. They are professional and knowledgeable about all services. They are fast and friendly. The prices are amazing but most of all the customer service we had was second to none. Thanks Protech for helping us find out what was going on with our water heater when no one else could! And for fixing our refrigerated AC in a timely manner. more

Consistently reliable 12/2/2015

My wife and I have been using Pro Tech since Matt founded the company in 2008. Twice a year their technicians service our evaporative cooler. The technicians are always on time, courteous and knowledgeable. more

Customer Service still exists! 11/30/2015

I had trouble with my swamp cooler, called Pro-Tech, they set me up with an appointment quickly, service was fast and the service Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I had my water line and filters replaced, right the first time and reasonable for the work involved. I am a handyman by nature but I'm not as fast and I tend to procrastinate, and I'm cheap so I just call Pro-Tech for my heating and air conditioning needs. more

Many years of satisfaction 11/25/2015

Matt has done several jobs for us over the years both at a commercial building we own and at our home. I especially enjoyed having his dad participate in the installation of our central heating system, he was very enthusiastic and I could see where Matt gets his commitment to his trade and service. Most recently we were struggling with a hot water heating system in another house that had been installed by another company here in Santa Fe and the man could not figure out the problem. Matt had a look at the schematic and in two minutes identified the glitch, the man had not installed the circulating pump that was needed to provide correct water volume to the whole house. Fernando came over to do the job, listened to my request that the repair fit neatly into the limited space that was available, and proceeded to get the system up and running. His good nature and attention to detail further convinced me that Matt runs a tight ship over there at ProTech ACH, well done guys! more

Very Accommodating 11/23/2015

We use Pro-Tech for spring and fall maintenance. They are very flexible and responsive in their scheduling and the work is excellent. They solved a swamp cooler problem that two other organizations were not able to do. more
