Great Customer service, fast work and best of all GREAT PRICES. 1/8/2008

I looked and looked for an escrow office and after shopping around, I found that Pro-Active has great customer service and best of all there prices are great. I was able to open an escrow online and see the process of my escrow. Something that just customers like me didn't know if that other office charge what they call ""JUNK FEES"" and I'm happy to say that Pro-Active does NOT charge any junk fees. No email fees, wire fees or any other junk fees that other escrow companies charge. Thank Pro-Active Escrow, I will see you soon again. Pros: Great Prices more

without proactive escrow my deal would not have closed 1/4/2008

Veronica was the greatest in getting the job done. The prices they offer are the lowest in town. They charge no junk fees example: e-mail loan docs $200.00 loan tie fee $150.00 etc...\r It is just a plain simple charge. Refi's are only $445.00 you can't beat that. I totally recomend every broker, realtor, loan officer, seller, for sale by owner to use pro-active escrow. Why pay more I say, when you are not giving up the service. Thanks again pro-active escrow. Because Escrow Matters and the fees too! Pros: very good prices, great service more

This is my 2nd time coming with this escrow company and they have proven to me once again of their great services and great fees. Know I really know for sure that this is the only company I will be coming to for all my needs, even if it has to be just to get something notarized. Veronica thanks again you are the best.
