Good experience with River Park Travel. 10/4/2012

They're very friendly, very nice, and very knowledgeable of what we wanted. They had very good options for us for our trip, and were very helpful with getting what we wanted for the price. I felt that Steve went above to get us an upgrade with our hotel since it was our anniversary. It was nice to feel a little special. more

Shelly has been a huge help 7/30/2012

Shelley is my neighbor and I don't normally do business with people I know on a personal level but when talking to her the other night I decided to give Pro Travel a try. Her pricing beat anything I had seen on the internet and I feel better knowing someone I'm making reservations with vs going through the internet. We leave next month for Hawaii and my husband and I can't wait. more

Shelley helped me book a flight with very specific requests about dates, times and layovers. I originally tried to book this with a major online company but found it difficult to find the information I was looking for. I called Pro Travel and Shelley found flights which met all my criteria and all this was done over the phone and e-mail. This company allows me to have personal service without taking a lot of my time. more
