The other day I went to Pro Tint to have them tint my vehicle. My boyfriend, who doesn't trust anyone else with his cars, has been going there for 15 years and highly recommended I go there. Well anyway, against my better judgment, I went to California Tint instead since they were a little closer to my work. After all, how much of a difference could it be anyway? It?s just tint, right? What a mistake! When I arrived for my appointment at 9:00 am, I was ignored for at least 30 minutes before being acknowledged by the salesperson. Their parking lot is so small; it?s hard to imagine you won?t get a few door dings on your car by the time you leave. Meanwhile, I observed how little value they have towards customers that were there to have them fix their mistakes. The customer?s, with money were given taken in right away, but the customer?s with complaints were rescheduled. How convenient. Anyway, I know how these types of businesses operate, so I left.
