1st: Show up for appointments! As they didn't show up for an appointment with me and didn't call. They called to reschedule for whatever problem they had. Tried to give me just any time even though I have limited availability. They told me at the last minute (day before) that they would show up up to an hour late, which didn't work for my schedule. They told me that I was outside their service area (again at the last minute) but would still come out. This wasn't true looking at their service agreement. Finally, they did NOT show up for the appointment. My tip: Learn to be professional, keep your appointments, speak better English, review any policy or time differential with the client up front and not at the last minute. Poor business.
