Shawn repaired a busted cone in a Paradigm subwoofer and a tweeter in a Paradigm monitor for me. Both of these were probably 7-8 years out of warranty, and replacing them would have been similar in cost (hundreds of dollars) to having them repaired (and shipped) to Paradigm's NJ repair center.\r

So instead, I took a flyer on Shawn, which I'll admit, I had reservations about. First, I had to drive from Greensboro, and second, there just weren't enough reviews online to make this a no-brainer decision. Honestly, there just weren't many people doing this that I could find, so I dropped my equipment off and hoped for the best.\r

That being said, Shawn delivered. He's clearly had experience with larger and more professional sound equipment, and both items were fixed reasonably hastily and at an incredibly reasonable price.\r

Speaker repair may not be an every day need for you, but if you're ever in the market, I couldn't recommend him more.
