Better than therapy 4/11/2007

I was having therapy on my hip.... It still was waking me up. After the first Pilates session at ProPilates I did not wake. I can also walk with no pain. I have continued to use Pilates three times a week and this is now my therapy. Pros: easy parking, long hours of operation and very flexable. Cons: They are always busy. more

Great Rehabilitation for injuries 4/11/2007

ProPilates did something for me that no-one else could. I have a frozen shoulder and i went through 6 weeks of rehab with my doctor, this didnt help me at all. I went to propilates and they tailored my workout to ensure i wouldnt cause further injury. They have something called the powerplate, its a vibrating machine. They used this to help the movement and rotation of my arm, it relaxed my muscles and i have so much more rotation. It has taken about 4-6 weeks but its so much better. I love them, they are so friendly and knowledgable.GO THERE THEY ARE BRILLIANT more

They fixed me. I thought I would need to have surgary. Now my back is fixed. THANK YOU!!!!! I will tell all my friends. Even mt doctor was amazed! more

High above the rest. BEST pilates in the area 4/11/2007

WOW, is all i can say. I had a car accident and injured my neck bad, my arms were numb for a long time, however i started pilates and the results are fantastic. They have done such a great job in helping me through this. My doctor was even surprised! Pros: Totally thumbs UP more

Best pilates in Florida. 4/11/2007

I acheived great results fast. I have an injured knee and they worked miracles with it. It's alot stronger now. Your team are fantastic thanks!!!!!!!! I will recommend you to everyone more
