Pro Av it the Professional from start to finish. 7/10/2012

From the moment I met with them I could see they were miles ahead of the big box stores who just try to sell you what they have been trained to sell. This is were the 20 years of experience separated Pro AV from the rest. Every day when they left my house was clean just they way they found it. (this is a huge pet peeve of mine) When the job was done I had one remote to operate my entire system. If I want DVD I simply push the DVD button, if I would like to watch Cable I just push the cable button and so on. Easy as pie. Thank Pro AV Home Theater more

Pro AV Home Theater is excellent. I have already recommended them. They are very professional. I didn't know a lot about it, and they walked me through everything. Their timing is perfect, and the product is doing great. I had them set up my home entertainment center. They did the TV, surround sound speakers, outside speakers, and speakers in a third room for me. more

I have been doing busines with Pro AV Install for over 14 years now. They are by far the best, most knowledgable one stop shop for hardware, installation, service and warranty work. They also get all the hardware at good prices, along with intalling it, sevicing it and most importantly integrating it into an easy to use system that does not require a PHD to operate. As new technology emerges, they always are ahead of the curve. They are the BEST! I would not let anyone else near my extensive and high end whole house system! more

Stayed and toughed it out! 6/28/2012

Pro AV Home Theater worked through a difficult problem! Pro AV came out and replaced the old remote. When they got here, the procedure turned out into four hours. They had to deal with far more than anticipated, and something was radically wrong with the remote. They stayed and toughed it out! The remote is working fine now! more
