Give one star only because I am required to give at least one. Horrible gym. Contract is a ridiculous scam, beware! Constant wait to move to next room or machines. Management off...

I love this place. I joined in Sept 2013 and I have completed my 100 workouts and they are abiding by everything they had promised.\r \r I enjoy working out there every day in private and having Patty there to offer an encouraging word or just simply to give me a hard time - \r \r I was weak like flower, now I am strong like bull and I intend to keep going,\r \r more

I much said this place is not very friendly their is a lady their name Patti who is the so called office manager Air Head, not friendly and do not know what she is doing, I was so happy when I found this place on line but once I went to their office it was the meeting from hell with the office manager who did not know anything and was so unfriendly, I will never go to Private Workout I will alway tell other how this place missed treated me . no no no a waste of my time and gas no no no no this is not the place they look better on line then n person. more

I just started...TODAY at the Las Colinas Location. I have been really dissapointed in my own weight journey. I've gained 25lbs in the last 5 years. The trainer there today named Tom was extremely specific and thorough in explaining the P.W. process to me. He cared and wants me to meet my fitness goals as well! This positive experience today really makes me excited for the next 8 wks. more

I was absolutely impressed with the quality of the equipment and the no-hassle setup. I was able to work out more efficiently, nand my body fat dropped from 27% to 20.5% in less than 2 months! Pros: I was absolutely impressed with the quality of the equipment Cons: none I can see more

The very first day I ""decided"" to start the 8 wk program. I let the time come n go - I couldn't even begin. Sharon called me and persuaded me to at least come n check it out. I'm on my last week. I started at 213 lbs. I'm at 193. A 20 pound miracle weight loss! And I won 6 months free. This was very hard. But totally worth it! Thanks for being so persistent Sharon.. No crowds or ""wandering eyes"" 6/27/2009

I joined Private Workout in April, 07 on a tip from my husband. Weight training has toned me up ( since I can't run 5k's anymore due to ankle tendinitis). I belong to 2 other BIG health clubs, but I dislike the crowds & ""wandering"" eyes, so Private Workout meets all my training needs very well! And best of all I feel good afterwards!, Pros: it toned me up! more

This place is unique & different for sure if you're accustom to the big gyms with an overwhelming amount of machines. I was tired of the meat market & wanted a more structured workout and NEEDED the results. The facility is small, clean (you can eat off the floors), and just what it says... PRIVATE. I lost 27 lbs and went down 8 points in BMI after 65 workouts there. It's fast, easy (in that you don't have to think about it... you just do what's on your chart & you're done) and it truly has shown me results. I took about 10 months off because I moved away but I'm BACK and need it again badly. The weight training for girls (I'm 36) is a MUST... don't worry, you won't bulk up... but it changes your body (for the better). The staff is friendly & helpful and you feel at home. Pros: Structured with results, private (go without makeup on!), fast, good value, not expensive Cons: They need more of these facilities in Dallas proper, the hours could be better & they're not open on Sundays more
