Ed came out to the house to take a look at the rugs, put a fair price and took them to his shop. They were done much faster than expected and were delivered back. Ed knows his stuff and Ginger and Joni were awesome on the phone. more

I went looking for a deal on the "local deal" websites knowing I needed to find a reliable and high quality company for carpet cleaning. I ended up on the Pristine site and read their options and reviews. When I called they offered me a great deal but I asked them to actually provide the "Whole Home Package". Their follow ups pre-service were very professional and the day of cleaning they were right on time, moved all the furniture they could and cleaned the carpets using their 360 process vs. the giant truck mounted steam cleaner. I couldn't have been more pleased with the effort and quality provided and I look forward to their follow up visits. They're also a military family and hire many ex-military to work in their company which for me makes me proud to use them and expect a high quality experience. more

The price was good, the guy was on time and courteous, and did what I requested. He even spot cleaned a few places that I pointed out. The amount of cleanliness is "OK". Frankly, a brush-type carpet cleaner just can't compete with a steam-suction type of cleaning machine, plus it took a long time to dry. The carpet looks better, but if they had a suction machine, I would probably have rated them 5 stars. more

This is the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. Our dog had decided to start going on our carpet. The rep diligently found every spot, got it completely out and helped on what to do in the future. They also said they would come back if it smelled again any time in the next 30 days. Awesome job, awesome service. We will always use Pristine in the future! more

It did not appear that this company uses the most high powered equipment so not much of a difference was noticed after the service. Jake was very professional. He did a nice job on the 2 rooms, stairs and hallway. My only disappointment was that he didn't move the plastic carpet protectors that the office chairs sit on as well as the large potted plant leaving a significant area that did not get cleaned. Pristine carpet cleaning did an AMAZING job at removing the cat urine smell from the basement carpet. I did not think it was possible to remove the scent because of the cats using the carpet as a litter box for awhile, disgusting i know, but pristine carpet cleaning worked their magic to remove the scent! more

My neighbor recommended Pristine Carpet Cleaning and I am so happy I listened to her. From calling in to make the appointment to the cleaning itself, seamless experience. Everyone is super nice and professional. I love that it is a family owned company and that they are military family. It feels good to support a local family. And, they did an amazing job. I have 3 dogs that are all over my furniture. I had Prisitne clean my basement carpet ( I have hardwood floors upstairs) and all of my living and family room furniture. Bought a groupon. Was instantly upsold and the carpet cleaning was a failure! It was very nice that they offered to come back a second time to redo the stained area but... They came back a second time to redo the stained carpets and like clockwork all the stains came right back to the surface. My wife let the cleaner in the 2nd time and after he was done he stood in our place and waited for her to tip him. It was rather uncomfortable for her and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever!! The carpet cleaning method they use is very ineffective and the Upselling is just annoying. We also discuss them by phone, or in an email with the client before we arrive letting them know what the products are for, and that they are additional. Not everyone wants or needs these products. That decision is up to the customer, and must be approved by the customer. We make suggestions based on proper care, as recommended by the carpet manufactures. We do not ask for tips, nor do we expect them. more

Excellent service. We had some pet stains that did not come out the first time. They came back at no charge and the stains are now pretty much gone. He was very knowledgeable on carpet care and everyone is extremely polite. more
