Bought a groupon. Was instantly upsold and the carpet cleaning was a failure! It was very nice that they offered to come back a second time to redo the stained area but...
They came back a second time to redo the stained carpets and like clockwork all the stains came right back to the surface. My wife let the cleaner in the 2nd time and after he was done he stood in our place and waited for her to tip him. It was rather uncomfortable for her and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever!!
The carpet cleaning method they use is very ineffective and the Upselling is just annoying. Total waste of money!

Thank you so much for the review. I am sad that you were unhappy with the service, as we strive for excellence with all of our customers. Unfortunately, there is some damage that even carpet cleaners are unable to repair. We offer the 30 day guarantee as a way to better serve our customers when spots return, or there is something that they want gone over again, However, that does not guarantee that we will be able to remove the spots or stains in question.
Also, all of our optional products are mentioned on our vouchers as optional. We also discuss them by phone, or in an email with the client before we arrive letting them know what the products are for, and that they are additional. Not everyone wants or needs these products. That decision is up to the customer, and must be approved by the customer. We make suggestions based on proper care, as recommended by the carpet manufactures.
We do not ask for tips, nor do we expect them.
