They should have class punch card/passes. Should NOT make people pay 1-2 years in advance. Takes the enjoyment out of the club and overcrowds it. They are strange about the pool. Shouldn't turn on water park when water classes are in session. Poor teacher can't compete with the rushing water. more

I like the Princeton club, but am disappointed that they are pushing Body by Vi which is a multi-level marketing product made with Soy. I don't think a business should be pushing products like this at their clients! more

I have been going to the Princeton Club for a few months now and I am not quite sure why people have such a low opinion on them. I go right after work, around 5:30-6 and stay until 6:30-7 during the week and there are always plenty of machines open. Their classes are all included in the monthly price with plenty of classes available all throughout the day. They will extend your membership if you get hurt and can't work out or if you have a baby. I think it was a matter of people not checking into their policy before signing up to a long term agreement. As a side note, you don't have to sign up for a two year contract. more

Disappointing 4/1/2011

I was a member when it was motion. At least then they acted like they cared. The ladies at the front desk selectively say hi and good bye to members. They will literally look at you and then look away. One of the ladies made a sarcastic comment to me when I checked in about the fact that I only went to the club once that month, I then uncomfortably explained I have been really busy at work. Just rude. It's pretty pricey members who do not have children should be charged less!!! The classes appear nice on the monthly schedule, however they are packed and the instructors do not make them welcoming the first few times you attend. The trainers only associate with the people who pay for training sessions. I am a teacher and in the summer I am able to go on a regular basis. I saw the same few trainers on almost a daily basis, not once did any of them ask me how things were. Overall not worth the price!!! more

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Princeton Club 9/28/2010

It's been said here many times before, but I'll say it again. Great equipment, terrible management. I visited Princeton Club three times per week for nearly 4 years, always paying the entire year in advance. I have never liked the trainers there and the classes weren't challenging. more

Management getting better 4/10/2010

The Tennis Department is very nice and I highly recommend it. However, the Aquatic Department is not very friendly to children who want to use the lap pool as they go by certain unwritten rools like when adults want to use the lap pool, children need to leave Overall, facilities are clean. Discrepancy of prices, though. The one in New Berlin (=$44/month) is more expensive than the one in Madison (=$36/month)... Pros: Nice facilities Cons: MANAGEMENT = CLUELESS, CARELESS more

Bad Business Practices 7/27/2009

I joined this club a little over a year ago now and although I really liked the facility itself, the Management staff is not helpful or tactful. About one month after I joined the club, my father had a major stroke and I became his main caregiver leaving me with no extra time what so ever to use the club. When contacting the club to see if I could put my membership on hold and restart it when my father got better, I was told too bad, it's not our policy to put people on hold without a doctors notification. Since it was my father that had the medical condition and not me it was impossible to do this. Pros: Nice Facility/Pool Cons: Bad Management more
