The Primo Grill started off a little shaky when first opening, but now is revolutionizing itself as a treasured restaurant in the Tacoma area. In between downtown and residential areas, it should attract both sides of town. The food, which started with a limited menu, now rivals some of the chops in the area. This is partly due to the fact that the chef who opened up the Primo Grill was formerly a chef at the restaurant on top of the Sheraton hotel in downtown Tacoma.
