Although the apartments are not the cheapest in town, I really enjoyed living at Paramount Circle and found it worth the price if you can budget for it. (Note: they are not licensed to rent to students so you must be a working professional to rent with them.)
For $945 a month, we rented a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with a great layout for roommates (bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment), including two parking spaces. We got all-new high-end appliances, including a glass-ceramic top stove. The apartment was simply quality: everything was relatively new and undamaged. The fitness center on-site was a great perk. I could walk there in my workout clothes even in the middle of snowy season, often be the only person there and feel free to turn up the TV or sing along to my music, and walk back home to shower before going to work.
Although their official materials permitted only two pets, we had three cats between the two of us and they OK'd this with no trouble. Our lease was scheduled to be up at the end of July, but when we both found places to live by June they offered to end our lease a month early to save us having to pay double rent.
