I cant believe these reviews are for this same agency. Had to check the address first to be sure. I think they were written by the owners themselves. From the start, Prime had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Emails were hardly returned. Had to badger them for answers. Then when I had to make a claim, no calls back. Waited weeks. Totally ignored any questions and basically told me to drop dead. Im reporting them to the insurance dept of NJ and may have to sue. more

Best thing for my business. 10/5/2011

Insuring through Prime Insurance Agency was literally the smartest thing I've done ever since I opened my small business. As I'm in the business longer, I'm getting to see how so many little things can turn into disasters if not for me having the proper coverage. A very big thank you to Prime Insurance for being there for us! more

School Busing 8/4/2011

I own a school busing company and I haven't had things go so smooth till I switched to Prime insurance! A lot goes into busing, and I was just settling for less. Prime Insurance really helped me out a lot and they were a pleasure to deal with! more

Awesome Auto Insurance 4/6/2011

It's hard to find goo auto insurance, but wow prime insurance agency is one of a kind! Also for amazing price! My brother's paying out of his pocket- uses an agency that's ""supposed"" to be good..... my rate is insanely less! more

I've been using Prime for a while by now and they've always been there for us when we needed them. Their staff is really pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable! I have awesome rates too! more

Auto Inusrance 1/19/2011

Great Auto Insurance. The prices are great and it's worth having. My friend was stupid and didn't listen to me and got a dumb plan from a no name company. When he was in a accident he basically had to pay for everything and the place he bought insurance from didn't help. Thank g-d I didn't need my insurance agency yet but i had a few friends who do use Prime Insurance Agency and they take care of the accident right away! more
