This office is unprofessional and disorganized thank god this not my pcp office.I have to bring my person I serve and they are treated so awful by the reception.and Dr there it horrible some of the nurse are nice. On this day I had one of my person I served we got there at 12:45 pm her apt was at 1:30pm there was only three people in the waiting room thirty minutes later the waiting was full of patients and the same three people including me and person I serve were still seating around two I went to the reception and asked her whats going on she rudely sad these people have 1:00 appt and yours is at 1:30 pm so we have to see them first ok when then see them at two we were called to the back for vital and placed in another waiting room due to know rooms avail we finally got a room ar 2:10 pm the dr and training comes in ask what she here for even though he was presented with full detail of her symptoms he never was looked at her nor touched her he told the trainee to listen her he was scared to touch her just like the dr is he never touches them we was out of the room at 2:13 pm a waste of time and all the dr do is stand at the desk either on the computer or talking into the phones somebody should come monitor these folks worst pcp I have ever seen more

Improve your communication in the office & with patients. Worst & most disorganized office ever! If you make an appt for one of your patients to see a specialist...TELL THEM ABOUT IT! Oh, and if a patient is on a med daily don't suddenly deny them a refill (b/c of your mistake) - ever heard of withdrawels Dr. Mills??? more

My mom has been a patient at this office for a while. I don't usually go with her, but this time I did. Thank GOD I did. It all starts with no returned phone calls on a patient that is short of breath, has COPD and a history of strokes and heart attacks. We were thinking that she needed to be referred to a lung dr or have her current inhalation meds changed. In order to get a referral we had to be seen A WEEK LATER! SO our appt was at 2:15p, we arrive at 1:45p... at about 2:45p she gets called back for her vitals..bp which was high, temp and pulse ox, then at 3:45p we were finally called back to a room. The only time she was asked about why she was there by a nurse in the hallway (talk about some good hippa compliance) and at that time she didn't even let me say one complete sentence. Not at any time did they ask what meds she was on. The dr was in her room not even 5 minutes, dictating on his recorder and then brought her a brown bag of meds (not telling her how to use them) then sent her to the lab, the lab area took at least an hour then she was sent to sit by the nurses station to wait AGAIN to discuss her lab results (hippa) which after about 10 minutes of waiting, we were told that we could go ahead and leave cause the person we were waiting on was gone for the day!!!!!!! We will never be back to this office!!!!!! SLOPPY and INCOMPETANT, CARELESS and DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!! more

The most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to... They have messed up my test referrals twice and they have terrible customer service. They are under-staffed and the staff they do have are very lax and unprofessional... Every time I have had tests I have had to call them to get the results and each time I have been given a lame excuse for not hearing anything back... Pros: good location Cons: Unprofessional. Un trustworthy. Not Friendly more
