These people really work hard and have fun too! They try to take care of you as soon as they can. The grooming area is leash free and has a area in the back for the dogs to go in & out as they please. I could say the dogs are smiling when you come in the door. They all run over to the half door or stand up on their hind legs to greet you too. The place needs a little repair but not much. There are a lot of doors to the business so you have to read the signs to get in the proper entrance. They are saftey conscience because of the traffic on Red Hill and safely there is one entrance at door #10 in the parking lot. My dog is older and they take good care of her , plus I get a Marin Express % because they have an ad in there that they take older dogs and treat them gently and with care . During the holidays it's really crazy so book in advance and request the VIP Service for extra chare or you won't see the pooch for hours . Oh yeh, the pets get a stylish bandana or bow or both when they go home followed by a yummy treat! Iv'e been there when some of the dogs don't even want to leave or they put them selves back on the table as if to say " Groom Me Again" . They have a small gift area and the owner Angela always has good ideas and she always wraps in a nice bag. What else can I say? Your dog would love it there. They do have some cages for time outs and small to medium dogs that are either not dog friendly or are to elderly. Pride & Groom also grooms very large breeds all the way down to tempest in a tea cup. The facility is climate controlled and smells pretty good. Sometimes it smells doggy but it a place where people have just dropped their dogs to be cleaned or deskunked. Do the math. Angela hires a company called Tidy Turf a sanitary company twice a month to keep the yard really clean .
