The previous post is outdated and the current manager, Ray Keith and his wife are hard-working and cordial folks who help my wife and I every chance they get. The park is near to every amenity you might want - Lowes, Smith's, Albertson's, West Marine, Omelette House and many more restaurants. The space rent is a low $415 per month with gated locked storage for RV and other vehicles. Each space is fenced and gated and many spaces have mature trees with total shade. Water, sewer and trash are included in the space rent. They allow pets. The park is very quiet and friendly. We park our 27 foot travel trailer there and love it.
