What a wonderul service! Sherry was great with my animals. She sent me emails with pictures so that I knew they were okay. I really didn't want to put my old dog in a kennel and this was just a wonderful alternative! We will use them again whenever we go out of town!! I totally recommend Sherry to anyone who needs a pet sitter!! more

I have a diabetic dog. Usually only vets understand how important it is to administer the insulin twelve hours apart, but these guys have been nothing short of an absolute blessing. I work 12hr shifts at my job and sometimes I cannot get home in time for Sam’s medication they are always there to help. My other dog, Thor is a love bug and I can tell he really enjoys having his dog walker come over. \r more

I really wanted to give Prestigious Pets a good review, since they seem to have such positive comments from everyone else, but unfortunately, I feel like I am being generous with 1 star. My experience with Prestigious Pets has been very mixed since we started using their services just under a year ago. I have a pug (Daphne), so this review is only for their 20-minute a day dog walk every when my other half is traveling.\r \r The business set up and how things are supposed to run is very good; they provide a substitute walker (but do not seem to care if it is male/female) if the regular walker is out sick or on vacation. All of the walkers we have dealt with have been nice, but they are always LATE. Is an 8:30am walk too much to ask for? I have also requested a FEMALE dog walker since Daphne was abused by a man. They continuously ignore my request for a female dog walker. I don't believe myself to be an overly demanding customer, so I found it frustrating that we had so many problems with this company over our time with them.\r \r Our actual interaction with the owner/manager and office has been less than stellar - I should say, non-existent. Responses to e-mails, calls, etc., are ignored and with no response at all. more

I contacted Prestigious Pets on a Tuesday, hoping to set up daily walks starting the next Monday. The walks would be daily, Monday through Friday. They set up an appointment to meet my dogs on Thursday. We met on Thursday and everything was fine. I gave them a check for the first week, and I gave them 2 sets of keys to my condo. \r \r In the contract with Prestigious Pets, it states that there will be a 4% charge on credit card payments. It was my understanding that such a charge is illegal in Texas. So on Friday I sent them an email telling them that they could access the Texas Attorney General’s website to confirm that this is illegal.\r \r Please note: I was not going to pay by credit card since I did not want to pay the additional 4%. I told them that I would be paying by check.\r \r On Saturday morning, I received an email stating that they would not be able to walk my dogs. This gave me less than 48 hours to find a replacement. \r \r It is hard for me to fathom the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of this company. I tried to contact them twice to see what the problem was, and they did not respond. Clearly this “company” (I use the word loosely) has something to hide. So now I will file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, and I will provide him with a copy of the contract describing the illegal charge.\r \r I would suggest staying away from this company. I hate that they have copies of my keys. I’m worried for the safety of my pets and my property.\r more

David is incredible. Miller, our then 8-month old terrier, is a definite handful. David reported no trouble with the terror, I mean terrier. Miller was clearly very happy with his care. David did two 30 minute walks in the morning and in the evening with playtime and breakfast/dinner. He also came over mid-day for 30 minutes of outdoor playtime. $18 a visit was well worth it for all the attention and love he provided for Miller while in the security of my home. David also watered two indoor plants and collected the mail and newspapers. I was so surprised to see he even vacuumed my floor where Miller tracked in some dirt. I really didn't expect that, but appreciated the extra step. My main priority was that Miller was in good hands and he definitely was. I do not travel often, but when I do David is my first choice. We have been clients of Prestigious Pets for about 5 years and find them to be very dependable and flexible. Even when Kalle can't personally be there for our dog she has a well-trained employee who knows our dog's routine and can fill in for her. It is obvious that PP really loves our dog and takes excellent care of him - especially when it comes to giving good suggestions on alternative treatments when he has been sick. - BG- Arts District Pros: null Cons: null more

Love, love, love the Prestigious Pets team. More importantly, Soda the mystery mutt, does too! These guys are amazing, really. I've been using them for 2 years and my only regret is not calling them sooner. We used to live in Park Cities in a big floor through and I had a ton of time to walk Soda myself. But then we moved to downtown to a smaller place and to a job with a way longer commute. So we met with Prestigious, gave them the key and sent her Soda with them. Pros: null Cons: null more
