I installed a pool from Pat and Prestige Pools in 2000. I shopped around to see who had the best deal and found out that the only company that I trusted was Pat and Prestige. Everything he told me was true. The timelines were right on, the costs were as quoted with absolutely no hidden costs. The other companies were trying to recommend something that wasn't in my best interest. Pat never did that. He listened to what I wanted in a pool and quoted me just that. Others just tried to sell me on low price and cheaper options. more

Service, Service, Service 7/24/2011

A coworker recommended Prestige Pool when I was shopping around for a new pool liner a few years ago. Prestige gave me the best quote, but the bonus was the extraordinary service I have received ever since the owner, Pat Henry, stepped into my backyard. The coping also needed replacing, but it was a style that was common 25 years ago. Not a problem - Prestige found some. How about a pipe clamp for my 25 year-old heater? Not a problem more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 7/12/2011

***** Prestige installed our salt water pool in 2005. We believe this was the best investment we could make to our back yard. From the day the pool was installed to present, I continue to be impressed with the great continued customer service we have received from Chris, Colleen, Jeff, Dave and even the owner himself, Pat Henry when we have needed service. This is a family owned and operated business run by people with integrity and I would recommend them to anyone that wants great service after the sale. more

Great staff and excellent service! 7/10/2011

I really appreciate all the help I get from everyone at Prestige Pools. We moved into a home with a pool in 2001 and worked with a number of the service providers in the area. We have had our Prestige Pool for over 12 years and are extremely satisfied. The staff at Prestige is very knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help with any questions or problems that we have. I never have to worry about supplies Prestige Pools is always well stocked and they are reasonably priced. more

Prestige Pools- a great company! 7/2/2011

Pat Henry and his crew at Prestige Pools installed our beautiful pool in 2006. Every year since, the Prestige crew has provided us with important knowledge in maintaining our pool, as well as performing our annual spring opening and fall closing. The staff is consistently helpful and a pleasure to work with. Our pool is the prime focus of our family's summer fun. Best Pool Company in the Twin Cities! 6/30/2011

Pat and his terrific team installed our pool and spa about ten years ago and choosing Prestige Pools was the best decision I could have made. Not only was the installation excellent, the ongoing customer service for opening, supplies, closing and occasional maintenance is better than any other in market! Every employee at Prestige is a pleasure to deal with, they are all so incredibly helpful and responsive. more
