Prestige Imports

We purchased a two BMWs from Prestige. I would never do so again. My coupe was supposed to be under warranty, so took it to the dealership for a door problem. The dealership informed me my car had been in a significant accident, and the majority of the right side was all repairs. Steve (owner of Prestige) acted surprised at this information, and he would do nothing. What a chump Steve is. I would recommend Harrison Imports - Lance Harrison. I have done business with him on two BMWs also, and was very pleased. He stands behind his vehicles. One 5 series I purchased had a small ding on the door. Lance agreed to fix it without cost to me, even when it didn't meet my expectations the first time around; he fixed it again. He is great. I purchased another 5 series from him. I have no connection with him or his business other than purchasing from him, so I have no ulterior motives in saying this. more

Well, we have been looking at used BMW or Mercedes online for quite a while now, and have noticed these guys had very competitive price, so we decided to go out there to look at their cars last Sunday. We did not want to deal with sales people, so we picked Sunday to do it. The dealership was closed as we already expected but there was this tall nice guy who obviously work for the dealership if not owns the dealership. We got to talk with this guy and he seemed pretty nice. Their cars looked pretty decent, and we got a very good impression from the guy we talked with. We kind of made up our mind to go back out there again sometime this week and test drive, possibly purchase from them. And today, I thought I wanted to see what other customers are saying about the Prestige Imports, I was just curious. So I got online, googled ""review"" for this dealership. I found CitySearch, as I was reading user reviews, I noticed that the guy at the very bottom of this user review(Defender110) seemed very familiar, so I clicked his picture to enlarge it and WOW that was HIM we saw at the dealership last Sunday!!! After I read other users' reviews and found out the person who works for or owns the dealership wrote a lousy review like that, I don't know if we can trust this dealership, I have to admit that their cars looked pretty good, well, we still could tell some of them might have been in ""fender-bender"" and had replaced bumpers or not original paint job on a part or two. I love my car, that I bought last month. It is a nice use car, at a great price. The best part is, I saved over 5,500 over BMW in Salt Lake City. I'm new to Utah and looked all over for my BMW and I was happy when I found this dealer. I'm also happy to find a shop to work on my old Porsche. I did not like Ken Garff's prices. So last night my wife wanted a new car to so we went down a bought a nice BMW for her also. Very happy all around! Pros: Best place to buy and very helpful. Cons: It is use and not new but hey it is 25,000 less more

We bought a car from them about a month ago to find that three days later is was leaking oil, and a couple electrical problems became apparent. We took it back to the dealership to find that it is going to be a month before they can fix it. The owner of the the place is nice but when it comes down to it you are a burden if you buy a car from them and then demand that it gets fixed. They have treated us like we are an inconvenience. They are horrible at returning phone calls and emails. We feel completely taken advantage of and feel helpless because we didn't have any type of warranty. They sold us a car that was in horrible condition and expected us to pay for repairs until we refused to do so. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO TAKE A HUGE RISK IN BUYING A USED CAR.
