I can't write a review about this Company because I can't get a property Mgr. To call me or email me back, after trying to inquire about a possible rental for the past 2-3 wks..When I called the main office I got a very rude lady who answered the phone , acting like she didn't want to be bothered and very unprofessional. She didn't want to give me any information (not even her last name). Why do people act with such disrespect? I have my own business for 29 years; if I conducted business this way, I would have NO customers! Very sad, I don't see how this Company is in business. more

I am a property manager for Presidential Group South and in response to Daniel Y. below when you move out of a property anything above normal wear and tear is the tenants responsibility. We at Presidential Group South feel that a tenant should take pride in a home that they rent and not leave it in shambles when they leave no matter how long they have lived there. If you leave the home and there are damages that you caused, then you will be charged for them and be held responsible for the entire cost. You were given the chance to dispute the charges Daniel, and we never heard from you. We are a fair company that treats our tenants with respect. Just because you rent the home does not mean the owners have to pay for your damages. more

Horrible Experience. Unethical and Unprofessional 3/26/2012

Don't trust your property or your family's finances with this company. Lacking honesty and basic business ethics, this firm has no problem extorting your family out of more than a deposit. They also have no problem slandering you to your former neighbors. This is the type of character this company has demonstrated over the course of time we rented through them. During a drought, they attempted to get us to replace the entire lawn. After we left, they found a collection of minor items (most of which had no merit) used to extort nearly $2k -- beyond the deposit. Dishonest, ethically challenged and arrogant. Believe me, its not worth the headache to form a relationship with a company you can't trust to do the right thing. more
