The ring that I received was something I would never dream of having. The word perfect cannot even describe the diamond, the band and the design of the ring. I can see how much care has been taken in making this exquisite ring, which makes it even more special for me. I now have the perfect ring to match my perfect man! This company is absolutely wonderful. I called the dispatcher and the technician was out to change all the locks that same day. He also was extremely reasonable in price. I would definately recommend to a friend!!! more

I am very impressed by their product availability and the high level of customer service.. My order was shipped extremely fast. The ring looks much better in person, and has been exactly as described on their website and when I had called to talk to one of the sales rep. The price is way less than other competitors. more

So, my husband went shopping for my anniversary gift. The style he pick out for me, I was not really happy with it. (picky me) Well he knew that and had his sale rep, Nicole, gave me a call. Nicole and I spent hours on the phone looking for the right one. She even told me, that she had told my husband that I will not like the bracelet he pick. Well thank god for their Lifetime Upgrade Policy. Anyways, I had picked out another style which was a little more expensive than the one my husband got me, but Nicole was able to pull couple strings for me. (=-}) I'm more

I love this diamond jewelry store! They are trustworthy and honest people. Dealing with them was the best experience I ever had with a local jewelry store. They are not pushy like other stores I had walked into. The young lady that help me from the beginning to the end was very kind, helpful and so knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable for purchases and there is even lifetime warranty that they provides. I HIGHLY recommend! I recently purchased a custom designed wedding ring from and I have to say that I am totally satisfied. The sales person “Kyle” work with throughout the entire process starting with drawing the ring, all the way to the detail engraving on the band.
