Premium Catering

Honestly, when we booked our reception my husband and I were sooooo nervous as we have never even spent this much money, but PC Events Catering did an incredible job and truly made us be able to relax even 3 weeks before when we had to make our final payments and do all of our final decisions. The owner was there which my husband liked as he was worried he wouldnt get the attention we wanted and were paying for. The food... WOW!! It was better than we imagined. I would highly recommend them, and I will tell you go for there beef carving station, it is soooo good! They are awesome!! Pros: Too Many To List Awesome Job!!! Cons: NONE!! more

These guys did a great job on my daughters reception. They carried her plate through the buffet line, and even got my moms plate and served to her since she has had medical problems. The carving station was to die for!! The chef even cut up the kids servings into small portions so there parents wouldnt have too. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job to the staff that evening. ITs already hard enough worrying about whether everything is going to go great, and then pc events staff took control and made it very enjoyable and relaxing. Premium Catering did a great job on our special day. My mom was happy she didnt have to do anything and the catering staff made everything enjoyable, relaxing and stress free. I would recommend there all inclusive package for a wedding. It includes everything you need for your reception. A bit higher in price than we wanted to pay but it was worth it. Their prices seemed very affordable, and they said that could accommodate all of our requests. During the wedding, everything was going great and on schedule until one of our guests noticed one of the servers STEALING cards off our gift table! He didn't tell us right away, until he saw the very same server come up to the gift table again, and stole some more cards! We had to stop in the middle of our wedding, and put the remaining gifts in our car, in fear that we would get more stolen. We had to have the police come and investigate, and of course the server denied stealing. We confronted the chef with P.C. Events, and he said that he was on our side, and he would work with us to get this resolved. Well the next day, we had to contact all of our guests to see what they left us (how embarrassing!!!). There was a total of $3350 STOLEN from our gift table in cash and checks!!!! After filing a police for the missing gifts, we brought this information back to P.C. Events. It was at that point that they denied any responsibility for their employees actions since they outsourced all of their servers through a staffing company. They would no longer cooperate with us. They then referred us to their lawyer for any correspondence. What a way to remember your wedding day! On a side note, only about half our guests got served cake. They starting serving our cake, but never finished. We had to go and ask them to serve individual tables after we had guests complain about not receiving any cake. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND using this company. Pros: very affordable, good wedding specials Cons: poor customer service, very disorganized. more

This is the 4th time I have used Premium Catering for an event. I booked them for two graduation parties, a work function and a family event. In all 4 cases they were flexible with the menus, the food was delivered fresh and warm and they ""catered"" to my needs (pun intended). I found the staff to be friendly over the phone and very accommodating at the event. I would recommend Premium Catering and I will be using them for future parties. We chose Premium catering because they offered a good value and seemed very nice and professional. However once we signed the contract we received basically no customer service at all. They went back on things they had promised before we signed the contract and took forever to get back to us on questions. They also would not let us taste the items we were interested in. On the day of the wedding the staff started dinner 45 minutes late and were overall unorganized and unprofessional. No one seemed to know what they were doing....we did not have enough wine glasses, the food was not kept filled on the buffet line, they even started a fire at one point. I would definitely recommend going with another caterer even if they cost a little more money. Pros: Good package deal, pretty good food Cons: Unprofessional, unorganized, poor customer service more
