Should you have any problems with mechanisms, cords breaking or anything else for that matter we will send one of our service techs out to fix and or remedy the situation at no charge to you. This warranty extends to the original purchaser for as long as the purchaser owns the home. This warranty includes normal wear and tear but does not include customer abuse.
