I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Even if you have good insurance and pay on your balance every month they will still send you to collections and try to sue you even over $100!! When you call their billing department their excuse is that you didn't set up a payment plan and agree to what they expect you to pay every month and not what you can afford! Even if you make payment every few weeks that isn't good enough. If you don't believe me go look at the BBB website they have already had 3 ""billing"" complaints filed on them for how they treat you once been there. Awful place! I hope they go out of business!!! I tell every doc I see and know how they treat their referred patients. \r more

**Hermitage** Location 5/22/2012

My midwives raved about the ultrasound tech at Premier Radiology in Hermitage so I drove out of my way to have an early ultrasound there. She was absolutely wonderful and is the only reason this review is not only one star. I had some concerns so we were going to see the heartbeat. She did 2 different types of ultrasounds so she could give me pictures. I thought that was unnecessary, but didn't think too much about it until I got a bill in which I was double-charged. I spoke to the manager and she was basically just like, Sorry, that's our protocol. This was never explained to me and she refused to work with me. I will NEVER return there again. I went in worried and vulnerable and was taken advantage of. more

Nice center 9/1/2010

i have back problems and come here periodically for epidural steroid injections which have really helped me. the doctors do a great job and the place is neat and clean. it can be busy here, but i haven't had any ridiculous wait times so far. i feel like i always get great care here and would recommend premier. more

A great place to get an MRI or CT done! 8/13/2010

I would give Premier Radiology five stars, but since City Search will only allow 4-Stars, I'll give it the highest rating I can! My doctor recently referred me to Premier for an MRI, and I was very impressed with their center. I was able to get my appointment scheduled quickly and the techs did a great job of explaining the procedure to me. The actual scan took about half an hour, but by the time I had changed back into my clothes my report & films were ready for me to take back to my doctor's appointment. She was as impressed as I was at how quickly they got my test done and back to her office. Thanks for the great service - I will definitely recommend Premier to my friends and family needing imaging services! more
