Wonderful Service 9/29/2014

I brought my vehicle in because my horn stopped working. Ray inspected my vehicle, informed me the part needed to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part came in. A few days later I was contacted. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and requested to pick up my vehicle by noon. Ray called me around noon and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service was good and done timely. Also, I was able to get a ride to work when I dropped my vehicle off, which was greatly appreciated. more

Warranty Repair to Karyl Brewer's Forte Five-Door. Hatch Release was failing. Part was ordered; came in dropped car and it was replaced straight-away. Service continues to be excellent on our two Forte Five-Doors.\r Thanks. more

Mr. Ray was very courteous and friendly. He took time to explain what the problems were, how to correct them, and made sure the car was ready when promised. All staff were friendly greeting everyone with a smile. Even though this dealership is not the closest to my home, it was worth the few extra miles. more

Wonderful 8/4/2014

I had just moved to Louisiana from Oregon for a teaching job, and I needed to buy a car quickly and with no hassle. I'm not used to driving, nor do I know anything about cars. Dorian was extremely accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure that I left satisfied. He wasn't pushy or aggressive like a lot of car salesmen are. He was also very flexible with helping me get a payment I could manage. more

The experience was very good. Ed introduced himself and was very helpful. He took his time, explaining everything to us. He was very nice and very friendly. Also, we were told that if we needed anything then to just call because they are there to help. more
